For Contractors: Join Our Directory

At Apex Property Solutions, we connect property owners with vetted service providers. If you’re a professional contractor interested in being featured in our directory, we’d like to hear from you.

How to Reach Us

We review inquiries from service providers across Maine who want to be considered for our directory. Our selection process is based on professional standing, customer feedback, and adherence to industry standards. We maintain a curated list of providers we’re confident recommending to property owners and managers throughout the region.

What We Do Not Do

We do not place every contractor who inquires. Our directory serves property owners looking for reliable exterior service providers — roofing, siding, window replacement, and related work. We’re selective because our reputation depends on contractor quality. If your business model differs from standard roofing, siding, gutter, or window services, or if you operate in a different region, this may not be the right fit.

Before You Write

Please review this checklist before submitting your inquiry:

  1. Verify you hold active state licensing for your service area and type of work.
  2. Gather at least three recent customer references you’re comfortable sharing with us.
  3. Confirm you carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance (we require proof).
  4. Have a brief description of your typical project scope and service area ready to share.
