Apex Property Solutions is a residential property management company managing properties across New England. Our work spans tenant maintenance, property improvements, and vendor coordination — which puts us in contact with dozens of service providers every year.
When our tenants need exterior work—roofing, siding, windows, gutters—we don’t guess at who to call. We’ve learned that a single bad contractor can create months of friction, tenant complaints, and follow-up costs. So we’re selective. This directory lists the contractors we’ve actually worked with and who have earned their place here through direct experience with our properties.
Our credential isn’t a rating algorithm. It’s years of property management in the field, managing real properties with real tenants, paying real invoices, and watching work get completed—or not.
